This worked surprisingly well to ease my symptoms right before bedtime enough for me to sleep more soundly. When used sparingly (3-5 3-second puffs on low voltage) it lasted me about 4 weeks. I consider this a much better and healthier alternative to those over-the-counter nighttime pain/sleep combo meds.

It was better than I expected, the taste wasn’t too earthy. Resembled that of green tea. Calming, helped me sleep better than one of my prescriptions. wish the price was a bit lower though, I finished it all not too long after the purchase.
