Works great, easy to take, I like that the company seems to be run by really nice people. They care about the product and these are no exception. I do occasionally get the burps after taking them, but it’s kind of floral so it’s not terrible. About to buy another jar. Definitely helps with sleep and pain relief at bedtime . I have chronic pain , and was getting 3 times a night before using Noids. I take 2 sometimes 3 caps (depending on pain level) and I’m comfortable all night .
