I use this in my vape and as a sublingual for anxiety. It has helped mellow me out a little and sleep a little better but I think I could use something stronger only cuz I do have severe anxiety. Otherwise it’s a good product and I will keep experimenting with others from this site.

I bought this after reviewing lots of info on cbd oils, mainly for my respiratory issues. I tried it sublingualy and found that while it works that way I use a lot less vaping it. I definitely recommend For the People cbd oils.
