Pre-Heat Battery Kit

Short answer: Any true 510-thread cartridge fits a 510 battery, and this battery is 510-thread, designed specifically for our cartridges.

Long answer: It won't work with our closed wax pods, which need the separate SMART Pod Battery Kit instead; stick to 510-thread cartridges with this one.

Short answer: Start on the lowest setting and work up only if you need a stronger draw.

Long answer: This kit has variable voltage plus a dedicated preheat setting built for our cartridges specifically; low voltage burns UNCUT wax slower and cleaner than max voltage does.

Short answer: It gently warms the cartridge's wax for a few seconds before your draw, so thicker uncut wax flows more easily.

Long answer: Press and hold the button (rather than a full draw-length press) to trigger preheat. Think of it as letting the pan warm up before the eggs go in. It matters more with our uncut wax than with cut, pre-thinned oil.

Short answer: With regular charging and normal use, expect months of reliable daily vaping before performance drops off.

Long answer: Like any rechargeable lithium battery, capacity fades gradually with charge cycles. Avoid letting it sit fully dead for long periods, and store it partially charged if you're not using it for a while.

Short answer: Plug it into its USB charging cable the way you would any standard 510 pen battery.

Long answer: Charge fully before first use and recharge as needed; avoid leaving it on the charger indefinitely once it's full.

Short answer: Any of our 510-thread cartridges: the standard CBD line, Sweet Wax Hemp, CBD+CBG, and CBD+CBN cartridges all fit, including our new white cartridge design.
